On Friday, students wrote the vectors test. Absent students will write this test on Monday. They then copied a note about acceleration. We will do a few acceleration problems on Monday. This topic will appear on Thursday's final exam. We will be reviewing Monday-Wednesday. An extensive review is available here on the blog. Please print it this weekend and bring it to class on Monday. Students unprepared for these review classes will not benefit fully from this review opportunity, and final exam marks may be affected as a result. Be smart!

I was watching the news and that text story. The girl made 284 mesages a day (2 mins. a message) her father was outraged
Yikes! That's a lot of one on one time with your cell phone. This is what concerns me about the obsession with cell phones and text messaging....will someone like this lose the ability to read difficult text, write accurately, be able to speak in public and interact with people face to face normally? Something for your generation to be thinking about...Everyone older than about 22 years old has survived quite well without text messaging anyone and everyone.
in grade 11, can I take tech and science
Yes, you can take both tech and science, or either one of those for meeting grad requirements. I would recommend taking both since there are more jobs in science and technology than any other sector!
